June 2026 Intern
My experience at IZEL LEGAL was incredible. We were made comfortable with the environment and the work in the beginning only. One of the things I appreciated the most that it was always considered that we were still new to many things like group discussions and writing papers and we were given feedbacks accordingly. The feedbacks were genuine, neither unnecessarily harsh not too soft. We were told what we did right, where we made mistakes and what could be improved. Our mentor was calm, patient and understanding with all of the interns. She understood us being interns are supposed to learn from the internship, not just work for the one we're interning under. Overall the experience was excellent and I got to learn more than I had expected from an online internship.

This was my first internship where I genuinely felt that I was building skills that will be useful throughout my legal career.
"I had a truly enriching experience during my one-month online internship at IZEL Legal. This internship provided me with practical exposure to legal work beyond classroom learning. I had the opportunity to work on legal research, blog writing, scenario mapping, and other assignments that helped me develop analytical thinking and improve my legal writing skills as well. What made this internship particularly valuable was the structured guidance and continuous support provided throughout the program. Every task was explained clearly, making it easier to understand not only what needed to be done but also why it was important. The mentorship was approachable, encouraging, and focused on helping interns learn rather than simply complete assignments. This was my first internship where I genuinely felt that I was building skills that will be useful throughout my legal career. It challenged me to think critically, work independently, and gain confidence in handling legal research and writing. Overall, it was a meaningful learning experience, and I am grateful to the entire IZEL Legal team for providing such a supportive and professional environment. I would highly recommend this internship to law students who are looking for practical exposure and a strong foundation in legal research and writing."

How we work

Three steps. Nothing open-ended.

Whether you book a 60-minute mentorship or a six-month course, the rhythm is the same.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes, free, no advice given on the call. We understand the matter — civil dispute, corporate question, course enquiry — and point you to the right engagement.

  2. 02

    Scope & quote

A written scope with the deliverables, the advocate or faculty assigned, the timeline, and a fixed quote. No open clocks, no hidden line items.

  3. 03

    Engagement

Consultation → written opinion on letterhead. Course → cohort kickoff and weekly 1:1s. Seminar → delivery and post-session office hour. Always on paper, always on time.

Journal

Working notes from the live sessions.
